Our Systems:


Insulation and sterilization systems
We believe in purifying and cleaning the air from the very beginning of the growing process. Thus we created unique air treatment system around the entire greenhouse by building external walls from mesh net that provide maximum protection from insects and pests, as well as filtration and disinfection of the air entering the greenhouse complex.
However, we were not satisfied with just that; we also installed air systems inside the greenhouse that create positive air pressure, and thus remove invaders such as insects and pests that might have infiltrated the greenhouses and produce.

Thermal control system
In our greenhouses we installed advanced air conditioning systems with automatic windows, damp mattresses, screens for filtering UV radiation and thermal screens for maintaining optimal temperatures in order to create and maintain climate that is exactly right for our leaves all year round.

Laboratories
Just before we move on to producing and growing, it is important for us to let you know that in our greenhouses there are two types of laboratories. One checks the products for insects on a daily basis, and the other monitors and supervises microbiology in the greenhouse; both in order to make sure that our vegetables are the purest and cleanest for you.

Irrigation system
Our water is also cleaner and more controlled! First, our water undergoes balancing processes that bring it to optimal cleanliness; then the water is transferred to the “mixer” that provides optimal, balanced nourishment for vegetables – minerals and fertilizers in the exact dose required for each and every vegetable. In addition, the water is circulated in filtration systems at a level of 120 cubic meters, treated, disinfected and monitored throughout the day, and as a result brought it to an optimal PH and EC levels for each vegetable.

The Nursery
Our vegetable is sown in custom-made trays with special organic sponges; vegetables begin growing in the dark room for 48 hours, after which trays are transferred to the designated floating tables until a healthy vegetable is created and ready to be planted.

Greenhouses
Finally, after our vegetable is strong enough and taken out roots, it moves on to continue growing in the canals located in the greenhouse where it receives optimal and specially designed conditions for it.

Conveyance Systems
In order to bring you a vegetable free of any pests, we developed unique and innovative robotic systems for harvesting and transporting the produce.

Packing area
Our packinghouse also works in a way of maintaining maximum hygiene and cleanness; for this purpose we developed robotics and machines that bring clean vegetables at a maximum level of cleanness all along the way.
